We were out at sea with a failure in our navigation system we called MME and were informed although they were very busy a tech
would get back to us. they did and from that moment on we knew we were in the right hands. we arranged to meet the next day and Tom was amazing he was like a diagnostic professor mapping out our system in his head as we fed him information on the fault. and it wasn’t long before the problem was found and solved. he also had the correct cable in stock to replace the broken one. he also provided a contact to use in Melbourne he recommended to tidy up our convoluted wiring when we get there.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mobile Marine Electronics, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. They handled a comprehensive electronics and electrical installation on my boat, and their professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch from start to finish.

The team installed batteries, underwater lights, cabin lights, navigation lights, a full stereo system, sounders, transducers, bilge pumps, bait pumps, inspection ports, and a VHF radio. The Tom & the MME team did a fantastic job rewiring my Bertram 28. They were a massive help picking the right gear and communicating why, in a way that I could understand. They delivered on everything they said they would on time. I couldn't recommend them more highly and very easy to deal with.

We were in need of an electrician urgently and Tom was able to come out same day. He checked out our issue with our 240v system and made sure the circuits were all safe after a power surge cooked our battery Charger. Great service and charged us what they quoted would definitely use them again

Tom installed a new Victron system and lithium batteries in our boat in 2023, he did a fantastic job on time on budget. His after sales service is second to none, over the years he's provided Victron software updates and additional help, it's this additional help that invaluable when you're out to sea and have a problem.

I cannot express enough how fantastic these guys are! Fantastic service and expert knowledge.
I had issues with a Victron product as I had been sent the wrong item from a completely separate, unrelated supplier.
They were able to diagnose the problem and swapped out the BMS for the correct one.
I'll be buying future items directly from Mobile Marine Electrics and I highly recommend them for any marine/auto electrics needs you might have.

In these days where customer service is seriously lacking, and service providers have no consideration for their customers' needs, Mobile Marine Electrics excelled in their provision of meeting my needs for the job needing being done. Even though, as their business name suggests, they deal with marine electrics and customers who have a job that is not marine related may hesitate to approach them because of their usual clientele, I have a motorhome in which I wanted an electrical upgrade. From the very beginning I was impressed with Tom and his team. They delivered on time and they did what they said they would do without me needing to pressure them for progress. I was particularly impressed with their keeping me informed, and also with their 100% patience in answering questions and providing me with explanations to help me understand that which is foreign to me. We've used Mobile Marine Electrics multiple times now and do so for a reason. They're honest, reliable and punctual with all work. Their communication is excellent and the owner is great for recommending what will work best, not what will make them the most money. We will continue to get all our marine electronics completed by these guys and have been very impressed by the quality of work completed so far.

Tom and the team have been updating all the electronics on our cruising catamaran over the last few years. Their work is super neat and they have listened to us all along the process.

New dash and electronics layout is awesome, workmanship is first class, attention to detail exceptional and behind the great looking dash, bulletproof installation will make sure it all works together for a long time.
